My wife and I have been involved in many real estate transactions and know that having someone with a deep understanding of the local real estate market is vital to our success. Ben’s long history and knowledge of the Lowcountry was a huge asset to my family as we navigated our different options. He listens to his clients, puts their interests and concerns first, and works diligently on their behalf. Not sure you could ask for more!

Sunset-Life Properties entire build process was clean and smooth! We had great communication throughout the entire project keeping us up to date on the progress with quick answers to all our questions and plenty of suggestions regarding selections. We love our new home and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! Highly recommend!

Everyone we worked with was very efficient and great at simplifying the build process for us! They were tireless in going above and beyond to ensure our happiness, and we are very proud to have built a home of our own. Awesome job!

I felt very comfortable with their knowledge and trustworthiness of building us a new home! They helped me work through challenges and changes along the way always being available to me. I couldn’t be more excited about the investment I made!

Ben has been a great friend to me for a long time because I trust him to always look out for my best interests as he produces exceptional results every time! He is very clear and precise in setting expectations which I value as a successful business owner myself, and he always provides me with multiple options having built and sold properties together throughout the years. I always look forward to our next venture together since Ben is a partner anyone would want to have on their side!
